One of the big advantages when buying a bungalow at the child-friendly holidaypark the Bremerberg is that the children have the freedom to run, to cycle, play in the playground, on the sports fields. In summer they are kept busy by an animationteam and they can even take a refreshing dip in the heated outdoor pool. Bikes, children's games, mini golf and tennis rackets can also be rented at the reception, so there is no boredom at the Bremerberg!

The overview of the bungalows for sale is given below. The bungalows on the Bremerberg are owned by private individuals, which means that the holiday park does not handle the transfer. This is done directly with the (broker of the) seller. To make an appointment for a viewing of a bungalow for sale, please contact the owner. Subsequently, access is only granted to an accommodation together with the owner or with a key, this is only given with written authorization.

The prices quoted are asking prices stated by the owner, costs for the buyer, including inventory and accessories and a mandatory capital contribution of € 5,331.92 provided to the Cooperative Association. The owner of the bungalow can inform you about this.
According to the ground lease terms, art. 7 "Gebruik", point 1, applies: "the parcel issued under subsistence may only be used for founding and maintaining a second home", therefore permanent residence of the holiday homes is not permitted.
The annual owner charges are currently:
- Member contribution + ground lease to the Association: : € 1.240,- + € 710,- = € 1.950,-
- Commuter tax (depending on WOZ value): between ± € 550 / € 760
- Property tax 0.1187% of the WOZ value (2024: 65.000 - 200.000)
- Sewerage right: ± € 170,-
- Water board tax 0.0422% of the WOZ value
- Total costs = ± € 3.000

Gas, electricity consumption and water, depending on own consumption, according to recorded meter readings.
The ground lease (€ 710 per year) is deductible for income tax.
