The Bremerberg forest is part of the Randmeer Forests, a green belt behind the dikes in eastern Flevoland. It is a young polder forest. The best known residents are roe deer and fox, but gradually the badger also appears. All kinds of obstacles have been placed in the forest, for both riders and drivers. It is certainly worthwhile to visit this forest as a cross or a driving enthusiast.

There is a lot of variety in Spijk-Bremerberg. The variation in soil types, seepage water and grazing ensure this. New pieces of nature have been developed in various places. Beautiful places to enjoy countless dragonflies and birds.

Looking for a nice trip? How about coming face to face with a herd of galloping przewalski horses, imposing red deer or rooting boar? Have you ever seen a moose or wisent in real life? Ever see storks breed? Or see Milu Deer romp? It's all possible in Natuurpark Lelystad.

Bicycle ferry 'Veluwerandveer' between Bremerbaai (Biddinghuizen) and Polsmaten (Nunspeet) From May to the end of September the bicycle ferry goes from Biddinghuizen to Nunspeet. The Veluwerandveer always departs from Bremerbaai on the hour and will sail from Nunspeet every half hour.

The fertile soil of the Zuiderzee is a good breeding ground for a variety of vegetation. From grasslands to remnants of an old pine forest and dune landscape, where the sea buckthorn grows. In the middle of the Spijkbos lies the Spijkvijver. With its white sandy beach a wonderful place to picnic or swim.

Together with Fietsroute Netwerk, a beautiful route of approximately 2 hours has been mapped out. The cycle route goes through straight fields, the Veluwemeer and across the Gemaal Lovink.

You start the route from Bungalowpark De Bremerberg and cycle along the Veluwe. This province, Flevoland, is the youngest province in the Netherlands. You can see this in the environment in the sleek layout. Fields are divided along straight lines and forests are planted tightly.
